Hospital & Health System Part​ners

We partner with hospitals and health systems to extend the continuum of care for its patients and to serve its local communities with medical equipment and diagnostic services.  In addition, we engage with our health system partners to further initiatives inside the hospital that further the mission of the hospital, that drive operational efficiencies, and provide the hospital with opportunities to meet its standards and quality metrics.  We continually present our partners with solutions to meeting the healthcare needs of its patients.

Ascension’s St. Vincent’s Health System operates five hospitals (St. Vincent’s Birmingham, St. Vincent’s Blount, St. Vincent's Chilton, St. Vincent’s East, and St. Vincent’s St. Clair) in addition to several healthcare facilities. As a part of Ascension, it offers the resources of the largest non-profit health system in the U.S. and the world’s largest Catholic health system.

Jackson Hospital & Clinic
Jackson Hospital is a community not-for-profit hospital serving Montgomery and the Alabama River Region. Its  comprehensive healthcare services include cardiac, cancer, neurosciences, orthopedics, and women's and children's care, along with 24-hour emergency services. It ranks among the largest hospitals in Alabama and is widely recognized for providing excellence in care.  Jackson Hospital also operates The Jackson Clinic, which is the River Region's largest multi-specialty clinic with four main locations: Montgomery—on the Jackson Hospital campus, Midtown, Pike Road and Prattville.

Infirmary Health
Infirmary Health has evolved to become the largest non-governmental healthcare system in the state and the second largest not-for-profit healthcare system in Alabama.  Infirmary Health is the governing organization of five acute care hospitals (including both Mobile Infirmary Thomas Hospital, North Baldwin Infirmary, Atmore Community Hospital, and Infirmary LTAC Hospital), two post-acute care facilities, a physician clinic network with more than 30 locations, three diagnostic centers, three urgent care clinics and other affiliates.

Providence Hospital
Providence Hospital is a full service medical/surgical facility accredited by The Joint Commission.  Providence Hospital is part of Ascension, the nation’s largest system of Catholic, not-for-profit healthcare facilities. Specialized services offered at Providence include open-heart surgery, cardiac catheterization, cancer services, an obstetrics unit with labor/delivery/recovery/postpartum suites, a dedicated pediatrics unit, a freestanding rehabilitation and wellness center and a 100,000 square foot Outpatient Center with dedicated outpatient diagnostic services and surgical suites.

HealthGroup of Alabama

Huntsville Hospital, Marshall Medical Center, Madison Hospital, Athens-Limestone Hospital, Helen Keller Hospital, Decatur Morgan Hospital, Lawrence Medical Center, Red Bay Hospital

HGA was created in 2003 by a consortium of member hospitals in North Alabama to promote authority based and public hospital viability, investigate and provide shared services among members and to provide a forum for member hospitals to become more educated and therefore provide leading patient care to the communities we serve.  Amongst other affiliate hospitals, HGA member hospitals include:  Huntsville Hospital, Marshall Medical Center (2 campuses), Madison Hospital, Athens-Limestone Hospital, Helen Keller Hospital, Decatur Morgan Hospital (3 campuses), Lawrence Medical Center, and Red Bay Hospital.

An independent, not-for-profit organization, The Joint Commission accredits and certifies nearly 21,000 health care organizations and programs in the United States. The Joint Commission accreditation and certification is recognized nationwide as a symbol of quality that reflects an organization’s commitment to meeting certain performance standards. To earn and maintain The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval™, an organization must undergo an on-site survey by a Joint Commission survey team at least every three years.

AASM

The American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) is the only professional society dedicated exclusively to the medical subspecialty of sleep medicine.  AASM accreditation reflects a commitment to ensure that sleep disorders patients receive the highest quality of care.  Sleep facility accreditation is offered to comprehensive sleep centers that have a clinic, where patient evaluation and management occurs, and a laboratory, where diagnostic testing is administered through in-center sleep testing and home sleep apnea testing (HSAT).
