Our patient portal allows patients to pay balances online with information found on the patient's statement. Patients can also contact a local branch to make payments.

We also connect regularly with physicians and hospital staff to ensure they are aware of products offered so that they can prescribe medical equipment that meets the healthcare needs of our patients. Our diagnostic facilities are state-of-the-art, offering an experience that is professional and patient-focused. Most home medical equipment (HME) requires a prescription/order from a physician for the medical equipment to be reimbursed by insurance payors. Home Medical Equipment (HME) is generally covered by a patient's insurance, including Medicare (Part B). Your physician may recommend an HME provider - you can always request that your physician fax your prescription to Med-South, Inc. and/or one of its affiliate locations. We generally accept all insurances and will file for your insurance reimbursement when you choose Med-South, Inc. or its affiliate locations. Your actual insurance coverage is determined by your insurance provider and is unique to your plan; we will help you to understand what your insurance covers for your prescribed home medical equipment and/or services.
